SUNFLOWER MARKET PLACE consists of 32,000 square feet of commercial space located in seven buildings. The buildings are arranged in a square to suggest a village setting. Units range from approximately 500 to 3000 square feet. Single office suites are also available.

SUNFLOWER MARKET PLACE is an ideal setting for professional offices and services. It is easily accessible from Exits 8 and 9 of the Mid-Cape Highway and approximately a 20-minute drive from the Barnstable County Courthouse or Hyannis. In addition, the site abuts other commercial services such as a restaurant, deli, supermarket, and drug store.

The complex is surrounded by residential areas needing professional services of all types. Thus, it is fertile ground for new and existing businesses. At the current time, our tenant mix includes medical, dental, cosmetic, legal, real estate, insurance, appraisal services, advertising, publishing, photography and financial services. SUNFLOWER MARKET PLACE is owned and managed by James Basler and Iva Liebert, who built the property in phases, beginning in 1980. They have both been involved in construction, real estate, and management on Cape Cod since the 1970s. They self-manage and lease the site which facilitates the tenant-landlord relationship, and they can provide customized renovations as needed by tenants.
